Opportunities for Women

SOS (Sisters on Sunday)

Sisters on Sundays (SOS) is a monthly gathering of women of all ages and experiences coming together to relax, relate, and refresh with other women in a fun, casual setting. Monthly SOS gatherings will begin again in September 2018.

Apples of Gold

Apples of Gold will be offered again in the Fall 2018
Watch for more details to come
Meets off-site in a mentor’s home

Apples of Gold is more than a women’s Bible study.  As you meet weekly, mature women mentor younger married women through:

  1. Topical Bible studies based on Titus 2:3-5
  2. Cooking demonstrations and the sharing of a meal
  3. Encouragement to be the woman God created you to be

Join other women in the Apples of Gold nurturing program and you’ll be blessed as you grow together in your love for God, your family, and others. (Participant cost: $15.00 (includes book and recipe binder).  If needed, scholarships are available.)

If you would be interested in being part of an Apples of Gold group or if you have an interest in being a mentor contact Lori at lorib@christmemorial.org.

Limited to 12 participants.

This study is both biblical and conversational.  (If you are interested in being part of this study but the second Tuesday time frame doesn’t work for you, join the Freedom Village Circle instead.  Both Circles are using the same material although the structure might be slightly different.)  (Book cost: $9.00.  If needed, scholarships are available.
