Women are welcome to join this Bible study and discussion group. Our fall study will be A Bit Lower Now – Higher Then: Angels in Scripture – an exploration of who, what, when, where, how and why. Bring your Bible when you come. Group members dig deep and grow not only from the monthly reading, but also the lively discussion that often takes place.

Precepts – Philippians: How to Have Joy
Thursday evenings (6:45 – 9:00 PM)
Orientation with pizza and workbook distribution on September 13 at 6:00 PM
Meets September 20 – November 15 (9 sessions)
Facilitator: Rhonda Wiley
When you read the Bible, do you come away with understanding and insight, or just confusion with lots of questions? Do you struggle to find any relevance for yourself in today’s world? If so, you will certainly appreciate learning the inductive method of Bible study.
Using this format, discover what Philippians has to say about how to live a joy-filled Christian life regardless of people or circumstances. Find lasting internal joy, as opposed to external happiness, which cannot be taken away by the world!
A workbook will guide you through the process. The class meets weekly to discuss findings and to watch a DVD presentation.
